Through our website you can make room reservations with or without breakfast or meals with affiliated local restaurants or other activities of alternative tourism. As soon as you perform a reservation and deposit a partial payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
All prices on the website include VAT, legal taxes and are final.
The advance deposit payment is done in various ways such as credit card, debit card, bank transfer, postal order, paypal or Vivapayment authorized points of service (spots) vivapayments.com. Your credit or debit card details will be charged through the secure web environment of Piraeus Bank.
The policies of deposit (advance partial prepayment) and cancellation are governed by the Greek law ( Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, Greek National Tourism Organization ). GS EOT Decision No 503007/76, as amended by Decision No. GS EOT 535813/79.
The booking has been confirmed if an advanced partial payment has been done. The advanced partial payment is at least equal with the first night charge (and up to the 25% of the total accommodation cost). Bookings based on “non-refundable” offers are charged by 100% during the reservation process and are not refunded if canceled. In details the cancellation policy (excluding the “non-refundable” offers) is as follows:
-If cancelled or modified up to 60 days prior to the arrival date no cancellation fees will apply and the advanced partial payment will be returned
-If cancelled within 60 days to your arrival or if you do not show up, 100% of the advanced partial payment will be charged
After your departure from the property you will be asked to agree to receive an e-mail with an electronic form where you may optionally fill in your comments and experience of your stay. It is on your discretion to leave an anonymous comment or provide your first name. The completed form with your comments may be uploaded on our website as well as any social media or promoted in newsletters. The hotel reserves the right to adjust or delete comments if they are malicious and insulting.
